Good Service Mob - Elders group Warrilla

Published: 16 May 2016

"Good Service" Mob - Warrigal Inspiring Communities for older people (Elders Group) was held at Warilla Seniors Centre, Benaud Cres, Warilla and was organised by Melissa Williams.

The Good Service Mob was established in 2005 by Felicity Huntington from the NSW Anti-Discrimination Board (ADB).  It was established to compliment the ADB's 'Do It Right' series of forums for employers.

The idea behind Good Service was to raise awareness about free dispute resolution services available to Indigenous consumers, who may be 'too shamed' to discuss their complaint.
