NSW Attorney General, the Hon. Gabrielle Upton MP hosted an afternoon tea at Stranger's Lounge Parliament House on 31st March 2016, to celebrate the many achievements of Stepan Kerkyasharian AO after 13 years as President of the Anti-Discrimination Board of NSW, and to also thank him for his service to the community of NSW.​
