Training services

We  provide different types of information, education and training to suit different sections of the community in NSW.

We are reviewing and updating our workplace training. If you would like to be placed on our waiting list, please contact us at adbcontact@justice.nsw.gov.au or call (02) 9268 5544.

If you would like to contribute to our review, please provide your suggestions and feedback by completing our workplace training survey. The survey should take about five minutes to complete.

“Catholic Cemeteries and Crematoria engaged the expert services of Rhonda from the Anti-Discrimination Board of NSW to review our policies and provide training across our organisation onsite at Rookwood and Liverpool. The facilitator was able to engage a diverse range of employees from management, sales, administration and outdoor services. The sessions were stimulating and prompted much positive discussion. It was also noticeable that issues of possible discrimination and bullying were brought to our attention following the sessions. We regularly engage the services of the Board as a reasonable step measure to enable safe and healthy workplace culture and will continue to do so in the future."

We have been using the training and awareness expertise of the ADB for over a decade as mandatory corporate training.

All attendees have gained insights, knowledge and skills that have equipped them for the modern workplace and indeed society.

We at Manly Council recommend ADB training to any employer or organisation that strives for a respectful, civil, harmonious and productive workplace.

Norths rely on the expert training provided by the ADB to bring our policies and procedures to life. Our aim is to prevent bullying anharassment and regular face to face training ensures our employees are vigilant and equipped with the tools for stopping unwanted behaviour.

Through [trainer]’s training we have developed Contact Officers and greater communication across the organisation on the important issues of Workforce Diversity Groups (EEO), bullying and harassment.

This training not only seeks to protect the employees but also the organisation.
