These guidelines are for anyone who has to manage or supervise staff. They explain what the various anti-discrimination and equal opportunity laws say in relation to employment

It is legally safe to give to interstate employees as well as those who work in NSW. Easy to read, dot point and checklist format.

  • advice on how to handle grievances; and
  • the basic steps for implementing Workforce Diversity Groups (EEO).
