Anti-Discrimination NSW


The Anti-Discrimination Board of NSW was set up under the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW) to promote anti-discrimination and equal opportunity principles and policies throughout NSW and to administer the Act. 

We provide services that assist people who may have been treated unfairly because they belong to a particular group of people or have a particular characteristic which includes age, disability, homosexuallity, race, carer's responsibilities, marital or domestic status, sex, HIV/AIDS and transgender status.
