If you are dissatisfied with the service you have received from us, you can make a complaint to any staff member.
You can complain:
If you have made your complaint verbally and it is complex or contentious, we may ask you to put it in writing (if you are able to do so).
If you are not satisfied with the response to your complaint, you can request an internal review.
You will receive an acknowledgement of your request with a week of receiving it, and the review will be completed within four weeks, or you will receive an interim response.
If you are still not satisfied when the review is complete, you can approach the NSW Department of Communities and Justice to escalate your complaint.
