Respectful behaviour between employees​

This seminar is for staff who do not have a supervisory role. Participants will develop understanding of laws and policies designed to create a bullying, discrimination and harassment-free environment and learn to contribute to a safe and healthy workplace culture.

Content

  • what are discrimination, harassment and bullying
  • what are respectful workplace behaviours
  • abiding by the law and your organisation's policies
  • what to do if you experience or witness unacceptable behaviour
  • appropriate behaviour if someone makes a complaint against you

Duration: two hours - one day
