Respectful behaviour between employees​

This training seminar is for employees who need to improve their understanding of laws and policies designed to create a workplace free from bullying, harassment and discrimination. 

They will learn to contribute to a safe and healthy workplace culture by reflecting on their own behaviour, supporting others and taking quick action to stop to unacceptable conduct.


  • contributing to a healthy workplace culture - helpful and unhelpful behaviours
  • abiding by the law and your workplace policies and procedures
  • what is discrimination, harassment and bullying
  • what to do if someone makes a complaint against you
  • what to do if you experience or witness unacceptable behaviour

Training course duration: two hours - one day
