​​What to do when an employee has a grievance

Any leader can be approached by someone with a grievance, or a potential grievance. How you respond can make the difference between a fair and speedy resolution and an expensive, protracted dispute. This training course is designed to ensure you get it right.

Content
  • responding effectively to complaints or grievances
  • procedural fairness and the need to take complaints seriously, respond quickly, sensitively, confidentially, impartially and without victimisation.
  • effective communication with complainants, respondents and witnesses
  • identifying situations which might be resolved by agreement and those which should be investigated
  • dealing with grievances competently and in accordance with your grievance procedure
