Your rights and responsibilities at work: Guidelines for staff is for people who do not have a supervisory role in the workplace. 

It explains:
  • your rights when you are at work, and when you apply for a job or promotion
  • what are discrimination, harassment, bullying and sexual harassment
  • types of discrimination that are against the law
  • diversity, equal opportunity  and affirmative action
  • your responsibilities to fellow workers, clients, customers and visitors to the workplace​​
  • how to resolve discrimination problems in the workplace
  • complaining to the Anti-Discrimination Board
