Opening hours

Our Enquiry Service is open from 9am-1pm and 2pm-4pm.
If you want to visit our office to get advice or speak to someone about a new complaint, please come during these hours.

You can deliver complaints and drop off documents any time between 9am-5pm.

If you have an existing complaint and want to speak to your complaint handler, please make sure they will be available before coming in to the office.
