The Board will acknowledge your complaint within a week of receiving it, and respond in writing within four weeks of receiving it. If this is not possible, you will receive an interim response. If you are not satisfied with response
If you are not satisfied with the response to your complaint, you can:
- request an internal review, which will generally be conducted by the President of the Board
You will receive an acknowledgement of your request with a week of receiving it, and the review will be completed within four weeks, or you will receive an interim response.
If you are still not satisfied when the review is complete, you can approach the NSW Department of Justice to escalate your complaint.
