If you are dissatisfied with an aspect of the Anti-Discrimination Board's service, you can make a complaint to any staff member.
If you have made your complaint verbally and it is complex or contentious, we may ask you to put it in writing (if you are able to do so).
If you are not satisfied with the response to your complaint, you can request an internal review.
You will receive an acknowledgement of your request with a week of receiving it, and the review will be completed within four weeks, or you will receive an interim response.
If you are still not satisfied when the review is complete, you can approach the NSW Department of Justice to escalate your complaint.
